There seemed to be a an error in Qfan. Chassis fan is half speed only.
The temp of the i7-7700K is definitely lower. Peaks now between 30 and 55 °C, before up to 65°C.

Thank you for your help. Could you please tell me how to manually adjust the fan? I don't use PWM because of sudden fan burst. So how do I adjust in DCM (or what it's called) mode, do I have to change the curve?

You can adjust via software or the BIOS. Which one do you prefer?

Managed to create a manual curve in Qfan.
