    Strange PSU Issue!!

    Hi guys,
Long ago I had a discussion about this problem. I'm going to explain.
Almost every time I turn off my PC, the power supply goes off, that is, everything goes off smoothly, but once I go to press the ignition key the pc does not start, I have to turn off the wait for a few seconds and then The PC turns on. Now at the time I had a rampage V extreme and the problem came out of nowhere, now I changed mobo, at first for a few hours everything was fine, but now it does the same thing again. The mobo I have now is a rampage v and. 10th. At this point it can only be a psu problem.
I do not have other power supplies to test.
I tried to disable the fast boot, I also checked the bios. All right but the problem persists,

Thanks a lot in advance for help

I have no helpful suggestions but I will say that if the "Seasonic 1200 Platinum" is the psu you're speaking of and it's not more than five years old I doubt the psu is the problem.

You changed motherboard from R5E to R5E10.

Still using the same PSU and chassis, although they seem unlikely to be at fault.
Does the PSU seem very hot?
Is your AC electrical source "clean" and reliable?

Still using the same i7-5930K CPU, 780Ti GPU, and 4x4GB DDR4-2400 kit? If so, then I'd say one of these is the more likely culprit than the PSU.

    Yes I changed R5E to R5E10
1)Still using the same PSU and chassis
2)I don't know, i try to touch the PSU
    3)Yes
    4)Still using the same i7-5930K CPU, 780Ti GPU, and 4x4GB DDR4-2400 kit

I did a memtest and there aren't error

    It's probably VGA or CPU?
