Incorrect 3d print file for Strix x299 E gaming

So I have been battling with Tech support for 3 weeks on this issue, sent them many pictures, links filling out bad forms.....

So the board comes with two mini stand off's and screws and has a mount nubs for a 3d printed M2 fan holder. 1st problem, the 3d file is in two parts, the motherboard mount, then the fan mount, and no way to attach the two pieces. the 2nd the motherboard mounts are off set from each other, the 3d printed part looks universal and uses the two bottom main motherboard mounts, so I have to find two fine threaded stand offs, to use it. Anyone else having this issue. I am currently using just the heat sink for my M2 card, seems to be working just fine.

attached a few images, the white 3d printed part, is what was downloaded and printed, the other two are from the Boards page and what the mounts look like.

    Thanks
