The m.2-port, until now only known by legends

I'm gonna try and bump this thread 2 years later since this is the best teardown and install I've been able to find for an M.2 in the G20CB.

How successful is using that Samsung drive? Have you had any issues? I've been able to find almost no information on people doing this install and most of the few I've seen has had complaints ranging from boot issues to overheating.

Great teardown instructional, thank you! How's that 960Evo M.2 working for you? Lots of temperature issues reported by many.

yeah pretty good, it has been something on my mind to do as a video for the channel, would it help you Binaryfigment?

Hey Whoopee, a video guide to this would be great. I've been on the fence about whether I should go for a standard 2.5 ssd or an NVMe for my OS. I really want to do the NVMe but in my research it seems more people have had issues with slow down from the drive overheating than a successful install.

Hi and hello! Did you ever make a video? I was hoping to find it. I would definitely appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
