pc restarts once before booting

please, when i power on my pc, it turns on but goes off before post, and restarts in about 2 to 3 seconds and boots up normally, and works without any other issues. it started after i removed and replaced my cmos battery. if i remove the rams, it does not do that. please how can i fix it. my system specs are as follows

i7 3770k with stock cooler
maximus v formula board
8 gb ddr3 2133mhz corsair vengeance ram ( 2 sticks of 4gb)
128gb ssd, 3tb Seagate
g1 gtx 970 graphics card

Please help me out.

I have Ix Formula and after I activate the xmp I also have this problem. I ignore because the pc boot normally.

It's not a problem. Certain BIOS settings requires a restart before they come into effect. 🙂
