Seemingly low RealBench Score

System Specs:

Intel i7 6700k
Corsair Hydro H115i
Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (2X8GB) 3200MHz C16
Zotac AMP! Extreme 1080 Ti
Asus ROG Maximus VIII Formula
Samsung 960 Pro 1TB M.2 SSD
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SATA SSD
Seasonic Prime Titanium 850W Power Supply


So before starting to OC my CPU, I did a base benchmark using Realbench and got a score of about 91,000, So that was actually with XMP off, RAM at 2133MHz C15, and the CPU at 4.2GHz (stock).

After doing the OC and enabling the XMP. I am at the full memory speed and my CPU is at 4.7GHz (cache 41), just under 1.4v, and now my score is at 111,000.

Max temp during stress testing is 87C (after 8 hours), Max Temp on the benchmark is 67C.

My question comes from the fact that I see the leaderboards and I see tons of people with similar OC's and RAM that are getting like 150k plus Realbench scores. What gives? Is my OC bad or something? Is my build even any good?

Am I doing something wrong?
