    Thank you
There is no Bass speaker when stereo is activated, this can be easily reproduced in stereo mode it seems all speakers activate but the sub-woofer one.

Try something as simple as playing Spotify (one of the most popular / common music applications) in stereo and watch the subwoofer speaker in sonic.

Put a microphone in the earcup and do some shooting from front to back?
I was going to recommend to use OBS but if this is an issue with the headset itself then it won't be possible to record through OBS. You might need to use your phone to record through the headset but lower the volume so the sound quality is better recorded. My recommendation is to play some FPS games and put your phone by the earcup to record and then cut out the part which serves as best example of this issue.

I got another soundcard in my computer (I've tried to remove and unstill driver from that but didn't change anything in headset) I could record headset with that microphone.
I will try different ways to record headphone sounds.

I've been listening to different kind of sounds, but I stumbled upon a test sound file that tests DTS and Dolby Surround, aparently DTS behave the same as in game, but Dolby works just fine, maybe DTS is'nt in the soundcard?

I've been testing the headset in some games and I haven't been able to replicate this issue very exactly to what is described. What game titles do you think where this issue it's the most obvious in? I'm referring to the "tin can" like sound in game. It does appear that playing music in stereo mode that the sub isn't activated.

    Thanks.

    Does not work in:
Ghost in the Shell: First Assault
    Warhammer 40.000 - Eternal Crusade

    Works in:
    Dark Souls
    Mechwarrior Online
    The Long Dark

All I have tested so far!

    Player Unknown battlegrounds

With the Tinny sound it can be difference of opinion for people but I guess the sub speaker is designed to play the lower frequencies which the "front" speakers aren't ranged for?

I'll also try to record some examples based on what I think the issue is, however we do need all of your help to also provide some examples from your end so we can match up the results to confirm it's the same issue and show our audio team that this issue exists. Thanks.

I think it will definitely sound alot better if all the speaker drivers activate so the full range can be utilized in stereo mode

Filling the full frequency band of the sounds.
