I just got a new Crosshair VI Hero motherboard and G.SKILL F4-3200C16D-16GTZR RAM and everything seems to be working perfectly except for the fact that I can't get my RAM to run at over 2400 MHz. I've tried BIOS versions 1002, 1201, 1405, and 1501 (beta), but none of them seem to work; the system fails to boot then resets to 2133 MHz. I tried using D.O.C.P. presets but those don't work either.
While playing around with the BIOS, I noticed that the DRAM Voltage value never seems to apply, even if it's the only value I change. It sticks to 1.090 V even if I explicitly set it to values between 1.1 V and 1.35 V. Any other value I change (e.g. CAS latency) applies.
Any ideas? I'm quite new to this, so I'm sorry if there is an obvious solution.

Try change the DRAM boot voltage in extreme tweaker --> digi+ power control.

Did you change to manual in Extreme Tweaker - Overclocking Presets - Manual - BCLK 100 then go to Memory Frequency - DDR4-3200 if its not there you need to change the DRAM Voltage to 1.35 then select DDR4-3200 in Memory Frequency. I had to put in 1.27v in Dram Voltage cos it kept going over 1.463v when I used 1.35v some reason. Now its at 1.37v with manually 1.27 in dram but only 3066 as I can't get 3200 without raising the 1.27 (1.35v)

Just tried doing that, but again I can't set the voltage for some reason. Everything gets applied except that, and because of it, putting DDR4-3200 makes my machine fail to boot and reset.

I reinstalled BIOS version 1403 and it's still stuck at 1.090 V. I've also tried my RAM sticks in another PC and I can confirm they run properly at 1.35 V on that motherboard.
