Asus ROG G752VY keyboard backlight & fan not optimzed !!

Hi all,im new here. Feel free to read my problem .
Recently I sent my laptop to Asus center because got problem with motherboard. And then they replaced this laptop with a new motherboard. When I go back home,I realized that keyboard LED is not working AND the fan are not optimze like before. Before the motherboard was replaced, the fan supposed to boost up if the CPU/GPU exceed 70/80c ( something like that i forgot) to maintain cool 60c. But this time not anymore, even before that I can hear the fan's sound spining so loud. Any idea ? Maybe I should open and see what's going on with the board ? The keyboard ribbon loose or the fan's sensor problem ?

What BIOS are you running? 303 will modify your fan profile to minimum 1900 RPM and Max 4200 RPM in the 70C to 80C, never had my VY higher than that since upgrading to 303 BIOS in fact Idle temps are in the upper 30's very low 40's. I barely hear my fans running at 4200 RPM
If your in the states and have to RMA again PM cl-albert he can help make sure it gets fixed.

Yes im running with bios 303 . Max temp while gaming 80-85c(depends on what game i play). But there's another problem, the keyboard LED. When I pressed Fn+F3 it went to mail and Fn+F4 it went to browser. How could this be ?

I think that is part of the ATK package perhaps uninstall and reinstall?

Seems like it doesn't work for me . I found a solution, but it is in Ubuntu . Manually turn on the keyboard backlit . Here the post https://askubuntu.com/questions/134021/keyboard-light-hotkey-fn-f3-and-f4-rarely-work-on-an-asus-g60...
I wonder if I could do like this also . Because I'm running out of ideas, the Fn+F3/F4 keys should be decrease/increase brightness of my keyboard instead of mail/browser.

Well the thread I linked for you explains how to reprogram the FN Keys, If all else fails you should be able to reprogram them. If that fails you have either some serious windows problems or hardware issues. I have no clue about Ubuntu, that's is something I haven't bother to learn or have any use for.
