Q error 63. Help in diagnosing?

Hey everyone, I have a z170 viii hero and I've been getting the boot up stuck at error 63. A reset fixes it but its becoming increasingly common and after restoring the memories, CPU and bios to stock, I'm even running off the igpu, I cannot point a finger at the issue. Anyone has any ideas?

Do any of the QLEDs remain lit when you're stucked at that QCODE?

Cheers for the reply. No lights whatsoever. Just stuck at 63. Happened twice now in a row, between reboots. Shut down, turn on, stuck at 63. Reset, boots up fine. Shut down, turn on stuck again, reboot, works fine... This can't be good.
