    Really Dissapointed in ASUS

    I purchased a gtx 1080 strix card last year. I was experiencing a issue with the black screen. So i sent it in to RMA. Got back the card within a good time frame. However, I experienced the same issue again. Now here's where things go wrong. I sent the card back in the same condition and box i received the RMA replacement in. Yesterday i get an email about the serial number i gave them is incorrect. which is not the case unless they gave me the wrong sn when returning it. Then today I get an email billing me $300 to fix the card saying that i took off the serial number which I didn't . A majority of my components are asus. This is just dissapointing to be treated like this.
