AI Suite 3 CPU Frequency

I just updated AI Suite 3 (1.04.17) and thought the CPU Frequency was acting strange.
I checked with the CPU Frequency in Task Manager and they are loosely related !
In AI Suite the frequency can show steady 800MHz or 3900MHz while in Task Manager it jumps all other the place.
AI Suite seems to be blind or deaf now.

You should use cpu-z to compare rather than task manager.

Ok, tried CPU-Z.
CPU-Z and Task Manager are both similarly all other the place.
While AI Suite lazily trails behind...
No big deal though. Just wondering,

I get similar fluctuations when using Win 10 Power Options Balanced Mode (Shifting Frequency), but when using Win 10 High Performance mode (Steady Frequency).
