I got my RoG Asus GL551JW-DS71 a week ago and the backlight only comes on when I boot the laptop up after that it doesn't stay on nor can I turn it on or off it is just off. I have even downloaded the ATKPackage again but when I installed it, it says that it was successful yet the backlight still does not work. So do I have to uninstall and reinstall this yet again or did I miss something? And if this is in the wrong section can you please put it in the right section? I am new to this so unsure where to put this.
