I think that it's pretty unlikely that this has anything to do with the BIOS. The Corsair pumps require a USB connection for the controller software. (It will run with default settings without it). Check that the USB connection is good. The connector that the pump comes with plugs into a USB header on your motherboard but, if you have a mini USB cable laying around, you can use that an plug into a single USB port. Oh ... and check to make sure that your USB ports are enabled!
