From my post above. It's speculation, but if you rule everything else out...

I had the exact same problem. It's your pump. You should be able to RMA it through Corsair. In the meantime, get an inexpensive air cooler to hold you over while Corsair does their thing. The CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO has excellent reviews and is pretty inexpensive. And you can keep it on hand for backup should you have an issue again.

My hardware is hot as well. GPU up to 85C if side panel is closed, CPU can't be overclocked more than 4.2GHz because H100 can't resist more.
And I should easy to think about cheaper watercooling kit.
That will have influence and on my new GPU model.
EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 Hybrid I stay with AIO and CPU on 4.2GHz and it's not cheap.
GTX1080Ti Founders temps and noise will force me to upgrade on watercooling soon as I can but need 120 euro for GPU block.
GTX1080Ti Poseidon work on Air temps better than Founders but not amazing because it's design for water, I save 120 euro on waterblock but it's expensive same as FTW3.

All other models will heat my case and I will need to open side panel as now and I didn't made progress.

EKWB A240G kit is affordable and have nice waterblock for GeForce and CPU block but problem is aluminium radiators and kit is optimized for aluminum parts not copper, brass,...

I'm really angry because price of hardware, when GTX1080Ti was launched everything looked that gamers will be able to build at least reference design with watercooling for 1000. Now only GPU cost and over 1000 euro for some models. Poseidon is exactly 170 euro more than in Germany, in my country. Insane and 120 more than in Hungary. That mean I lose EKWB X-Res Revo D5 100 + fittings If I buy Poseidon in my country.
Most important and most expensive part of loop and best from EKWB at the moment.
