OK, here is the procedure to get the RAID menu in BIOS enabled:
In the Boot\CSM (Compatibility Support Module) set the Launch CSM "Enabled". Then set Boot Device Control to "UEFI only". Rest is "UEFI driver first". Then you need to save changes and reboot. After you enter the BIOS again you'll have the RAID option.
I have disabled this Launch CSM and restarted and RAID option disappeared. Enabled again and it came back. The RAID menu itself is pretty complex by the way. It has all kinds of submenus.

Windows 10 Raid Drivers not working
I cannot get the Windows 10 64bit raid drivers to work. I have successfully created the raid 0 array in the bios. When installing Windows 10 64bit and loading the raid drivers, none of the raid drivers make my raid 0 array appear. I have tried all the different raid drivers on usb stick. I have downloaded the raid drivers off the asus website tried to use them. None of the drivers make my raid 0 array appear. I am not using NVMe SSDs. You can not initialize drives once the array has been created. I have contacted asus support in this matter but have not received a response.

No, Windows 10 is not yet installed. I am trying to load the raid drivers so that the Raid 0 array appears so that I can install Windows 10. The raid drivers must be loaded to be able to detect the raid 0 array.

Attach a screenshot of your raid config menu, you may need to blow out the raid you have setup and reconfigure. I haven't looked at the menu myself yet but in most raid setups when you create you should have an advanced option to initialize the drives when it creates the raid.
