Ok so here is is on Adaptive wih the Fans and pump on Max.
This looks like its the coolest it would ever get with this setup
Under load it changes the vcore to a Max of 1.86 @ 4.4ghz

That's looking better !
it looks like 1.184v was the max voltage and 60c max temp on core 2, the rest were in the 50's.
That looks pretty good to me.

With all 4 cores at 4.4ghz, its a good temp but not sure if you should be getting lower with your setup.
A pc in my house, 4790k 4.4ghz, 1.2v fixed, current limit 105A, kraken x62, p95 max power test, was over 80degC. Will check later on the actual value.
A lot of the heat is due to the integrated voltage regulator.
