Now, I've gotta' run this Q-Code display program every time my PC starts??

Can you not hard-write these settings in to the BIOS until a reset/clear??!

Honestly I'm within my wits ends with this Motherboard, in 20 years I've never had such an annoying array of issues, ever.
Sorry not possible to make these changes permanently, I suggest you add it to autostart. Can you show me which LED specifically? HDD LED unfortunately can't be disabled on C6H.

the hdd led can actually be turned off by going Advanced -> ROG Effects -> Onboard Led
when you disable that, it turn off the hdd led

You're right, my bad. Didn't get it to work through software last I tried, good thing our BIOS guys do better work than that

I set up a system and checked for the green LED, should be the CPU_READY LED? It doesn't have any kind of external control, it directly reports the pin status from the CPU. There's no way to disable it from BIOS/software, only option would be covering it with something.

Buying the most expensive, top-end board for the chipset (well, until the Extreme hit the stores, but it probably has the same issue) and having to duct tape some of it in order to look alright is soooo cooool. "I'm lovin' it!"
Overclock it.....overclock it till it bleeds! If you can read this, then you've not "well" overclocked yet...

No need to show you there's only one bright green LED right next to the red letters/numbers (its just above ram slots)

It's on 24/7 and its incredibly bright.

At a guess I would say it's the power LED, cos it only goes out if i turn the power off at the plug, stupid design idea, infact, to say it's ROG it seems to have been designed and developed by window lickers not gamers or professionals.

Whoever thought, YES lets do AWESOME Lightning, and then throw up a Bright red 40 24/7 and a super bright green power LED right in the view all the time has gotta be incredibly downs, and I figure the only reason he hasn't been given a p45 is because of the equality act. Best keep him on the cheap mobos in future.

I also have no idea why these numbers cannot be an option to be disabled in the bios (they can) so enable that option! Also don't get me started on how utter garbo the BIOS's are right now, still terrible RAM Support.

Maybe just 3D print an angular black plastic cover with a ROG logo to cover up the offensive LED(s)?
