The 850 Evo looks on par, the WD Blue might be a little low.

I've already set the high performane profile in windows 10.Today I updated to the latest Nvidia driver and this is the latencymon response:

Is there any Asus tool to test / diagnose my motherboard? DPC latency is an issue and I'm not able to fix that, I think that's the cause of my freezings, everytime it happens the nvidia driver spikes like that

Here is mine from a 1 hour test. I have more screen shots but didn't want to post to many, Ryzen 1800x Samsung 960 Evo m.2 256 OS drive, Samsung ssd game drive. Asus gtx 1060 no stutter. card is running 1708 @ 110 power target. 8008 mem clock. hope this helps and if you see anything wrong in mine please tell me thank you. Also if I try to increase the clock in any way from 1708 I don't get full use of the gpu it bottle necks down the fps to around 75%. at my settings I get full gpu usage. any advice on the gpu would be helpful thank you. if a little of topic sorry. I don't see any dpc latency problem, latencymon isn't warning about nothing, do you have troubles in game?

Looking at your latencymon it is clear that I have a dpc latency issue
