when i checked the second fan it was on and cought my finger an broke the blades off? i need a replacment fan? or do i start an rma?

i have an rma they said theyd emial me the prepoaid shipping lable and now bout 2days later i still dont have the lable to send back kinda stinks havin to send wholke thing back for new fans.

will they charge me for fixin the fans you think? i just bought it and plugged it in and off the top one fan didnt work and i broke there otther
