Need help finding aftermarket cooler for my Maximus V Formula

So My old asus mobo died. May she rest in peace. I switched it out for a Asus Maximus V Formula.
I am running a intel i7 3770k with stock cooler and it has come to my attention that it is getting too hot for comfort. Cleaned everything out as well so no worries there.
Now I looked at the scythe shuriken rev B since my case isn't all that huge, but since I run Corsair Dominator ram it will block the ram slot in use.
I am looking for a cpu cooler that is compatible with high profile ram, that isn't too huge and isn't all too pricey. I'm not really looking for watercooling and I'm not planning on overclocking.
If anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.

I do not plan on overclocking, i just want my cpu temps to be around 50-60 degrees celsius when gaming. Right now with a really bad stock fan i am running up to 79 degrees celsius.
