Does anyone know how to put the antenna and the base together? I can't find any instructions on how to do so.

Nope, that's not it. I need to know how to put the antenna and base together as they come separated from each other.

here's what I got in the box. As you can see, the antenna is not attached to the base in anyway. I've tried to slide the antenna in but it's too large.

Well I don't have one but it looks like a simple slip-fit to me. Push harder?

looks like, from the picture, you take the antenna unit and stab it right through the base hole, then it should snap in place?

i dunno, i'm thinking of this like playing lego

It would work, if the antenna doesn't taper into a size larger than the hole in the base.

You put the wire through the hole and insert the antenna from the top.
The antenna is held in place when you put the wire into the tabs that holds it (cable canal).

Putting together the wifi antennas
