Who is responsible, Asus or AMD ?
in other words who is responsible for the cold boot problem AMD with the agesa or Asus with the bios ?

Its ASUS. Gigabyte X370 K7 had no cold boot issues. I experienced cold boot issues with ASUS and Asrock.

well, unless it's exactly same CPU and RAM on different board, it's hard to tell what is the issue.

Like my I always tell my own story, 2 1700x and 2 C6H.
1 of the 1700x works fine and OC the ram easily, regardless which c6h I put it on.
the other 1700x can only OC the ram to 2933 Hz, regardless which c6h I put it on.

And since cold boot looks like related to memory training, I honestly can't say for sure.
I meant cold boot happen for me here and there, but it has been getting better for me.
it hasn't been improving for some ppl here or getting worst?
It's just too many factors.

All we can hope is it will soon be resolved.
