Thanks Bahz I appreciate your reply, the thing I find strange is when a company finds a problem that is a confirmed issue, a update is released within a few weeks at most. But when I look back at the older comments regarding this issue it dates back nearly 3 months ago. After next week it will be exactly 3 months and yet this issue is swept under the rug pretty much, I am not blaming you, I just think if the information on the website was more accurate then I would not have bought these ram sticks. You should get someone to change the asus.com website (https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/Sync.html) and put a little disclaimer saying 32gb only as 3 months have gone buy yet we dont have a solution and I don't think this issue will be resolved any time soon.

I'm pushing our team to provide us an update as soon as possible and I believe that this issue will be fixed soon since the issue has been further escalated to both companies.

Thank you ever so much, as a consumer I knew we can be pushy and want all our stuff to work on day one. I know that there can be implications and issues with software and hardware as no one is perfect. But i do believe the asus.com website should have a disclaimer saying something along the lines "32 gb only, 16 gb will be updated soon" that way many people who get the 16gb are aware there is a issue and will know the 16gb does not work and its there own choice , rather then coming here and blaming you. Whereas currently these ram modules cost more then the TridentZ modules and based on the information on the website many people who buy these modules will be kind of ticked off soon as they realize there ram sticks don't work with aura and they could have got something cheaper. I appreciate your efforts and reply's, thank you ever so much Bahz. I am grateful that I am part of this wonderful community keep up the good work and once again thank you.

Same problem 5.16 version worked great for me... Now it doesn't save the colors and it doesn't Save the SHurdown colors option ...

hello all. I'm sry for my bad language, english is not my main.

Well, I have an issue with that asus aura. I have installed a fresh licensed Win 10 on my new system with my new MB (z270F) and after that I'w tryed run aura and it worked fine but after a few min aura just shut down (in that momet WIn download and install some updates maybe that is tha problem), the lights on MB stops shining. I'w reinstalled aura twice. First time i'w delete it wia CCleaner, fix all registry issues, reboot comp and after that I see this

I'w reinstall aura second time in same method plus usin auraclean or something like that (im not sure that auraclean works) but after reinstall aura still not work. It's just sayin "application has stoped working" and open that drdump site with error code like on screen above.
So please help me. My system is:

aura downloaded from off site (latest ver)

I can confirm that new version doesn't save settings.
