nooo, I can confirm that Corsair Vengeance RGB problem is still not fixed. This is most important bug for me, because I bought these RAM memories because of guaranteed (by Asus) sync with Aura SW. it's a disappointment for me. I hope that next version bring fix for that problem!

Is there any assumption for fix? Any more detailed informations from dev. teams about fixing this issue? Sentence: "both teams working on it" also can means that developers don't know how to fix it or this problem was postponed with no ETA... etc..

I have worries about this problem, because it is already quite old problem and we still don't have bugfix for that, which is quite strange!

Thanks Bahz I appreciate the reply but this issue with 16gb modules not working with asus aura has been going on for nearly 3 months. Is there any update you could obtain from corsair because I purchased the corsair rgb ram based on the information on ur website which it still says corsair rgb vengeance works with aura. I assume the Asus website is referring to the 32gb modules even though it does not state that, thanks for the replay anyways.

    Thanks

This update seems broken, the last one worked perfectly but this new version does not save the colour settings so you have to reset them every time you turn on the PC

I can confirm, I noticed the same problem and it's really annoying. Everytime I power up the PC I have to re-configure everything.

Regarding to the 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB kit, this currently has no timeline when they will release new version to address this issue but it's being worked on. Once I have an update from them then I'll update everyone. Please note that the issue is a bit more complex than we think because the 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB kit is tested to be detected and working properly.

For those that are having the issue where the color settings are not saving after restarting, please list your full system specifications:
    1) Full hardware specifications (including OS)
    2) BIOS version
    3) All other related RGB control software and ASUS software installed
    4) Does this happen every time or does it only happen occasionally?

    1:
    Windows 10 pro 64bit
    Ryzen 1600
    16gig Gskil trident Z RGB
    ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING

    2: 0809

3: No other RGB software and no other Asus software

4: Every time on the latest version

The last version everything worked great the mother board the rgb strip and the ram they all automatically went to the set colour, but on this new version every time i turn on the PC the motherboard and rgb strip default to red and the ram is set to off and i have to go into the Aura software and set all the colours back and everything works correctly until the next time i boot.

What is the purpose of the SHUTDOWN section in the Aura software?
The only thing that works on that page for my setup is Colour Cycle and the Default button.
If I try any of the colour schemes listed and press apply nothing changes.
