Rampage 5 Edition 10 BOSD "Machine Check Exception" Error

Greetings,

since i built my new rig in july 2017, im getting BSOD "Machine Check Exception" on every boot and reboot in windows 10.
I recently disabled fast boot in windows and bios, killed all saved keys, disabled CSM but the errors continue to occur.
This error occurs both unter samsung nvme 960 pro 512gb and samsung 850 pro 512gb.

Anyone with the same or similar problem?


My Rig:
Asus Rampage 5 Edition 10
Intel Core I7-6850k
Asus Strix 1080
Corsair 2400 16GB

Prime95 runs stable @65°C CPU Temp
memtest86+ was running for 48hours with no issues

yes, running version 1701

i reinstalled the system two days ago. it crashes even in the multiple reboots of windows setup

In addition booting from m.2 or sata ssd makes no difference. the windows loadscreen freezes and about 10 seconds later the bluescreen appears.

Which Windows are you using? And does this issue presents itself before installing your drivers and other programs?

im using windows 10 pro, latest version. yes, it appears right after the installation process.
hope this screen will make it more understandable
