GL 502VS No audio suddenly - solved

Hey ! everything was working fine yesterday night, but today's morning, when i started my pc, the windows audio service was disabled. I enabled it but then no audio.
I have an error when i try to play test tone, and no sound is coming from my headset, or laptop's speaker, or jack earplugs. I tried uninstalling the realtek audio driver and reinstalling the driver from asus's website but it didn't work out. If anyone could please help me, it would be appreciated. Thank 🙂

i've seen this kind of glitch before on other computers.

there are 2 things you can try.
Put Windows in sleep mode, then turn it on again.
the sound might come back.

if not, try running ubuntu or linux mint from a usb drive, and test the speakers in linux.
That has worked to fix my audio in the past.
then when you boot back into windows, the audio will be on.

Ty for your reply. I tried what u said, and it worked in linux.

However i found my fix myself : Windows Audio was executing himself as a local system, and not a local service ! It was what was causing it ! 🙂

Problem is solved.
