Any one can tell me how to check to be sure for 100% is it software bug or hardware failure...
When i play ARK survival (maybe on other game also, but havent tried) i have hard FPS drops, when i check graphs, i see memory drops.
Also put GPU for stress test seems no problems, 0 artifacts found for 4hours.
But image is the same with memory.

P.S. Also GPU have strange sound on 100% Load (not fans)

It could be that particular game, can you test with another game to see if the memory acts the same.

Try using a little antialiasing in the game settings.

Ok, i will try other game i post results today later.
Also will try to record sound from GPU on load.
