Supremefx hi-fi as external usb dac

Can i use supremefx hi-fi as external usb dac with usb 2 port?my case don't have any space for 5.2 inch bay
Any body have suggestion?

I have mine inside the case, lying on its side, and have the speaker cable routed through the pci-e bracket. You need to plug it into your internal usb header.

Is there any internal usb to backside motherboard usb (external) converter cable?

I'm not totally sure. Also keep in mind that you need to power it with a PCI-E cable as well.

I am running my DAC external with an external to internal USB adapter cable connected to the one delivered with the DAC and an PCIe power cable extension running to the outside from my case.

BTW I really don't know why they went with this PCIe power connector?

Just get rid of it. It's junk and ASUS doesn't care. I'm never buying or recommending ASUS again.

Read lots of people experiencing issues with it however. Can I ask, does the device show up in device manager at all?

Yes it shows in devicemanager and i installed only those supreme hifi drivers from r5e10 download page. I don't try this on other platforms but i post here when i have time to test it.

Edit. Windows 10 pro x64 with all latest updates
