Its not about double booting, mine simply wont boot from fully off at any frequency above 2133Mhz.
If i use the safeboot button and boot into bios and F10 and save, then from their it boots fine into windows.(2400Mhz-3200Mhz)
Its just the cold boot!!

3200Mhz prime95 stable for over 4 hours.
Maybe not the longest test to prove stability but proves its mainly a coldboot issue.

the Oled stops on cpu-code 18 whatever that means.
I dont have a speaker connected.
Beyond that,I just press the safe boot button on the motherboard to get into bios, and then I click escape and boot straight into windows.
it is just the cold boot.Last edited by St4v0; 09-20-2017 at 01:39 AM.

Not sure still looking for a q-code table.
On my RVE10 qcode table:
11-14 pre memory CPU initialization is started
15-18 pre memory system agent initialization is started
19-1C pre memory PCH initialization is started
So most likely pre memory.
Have you tried to turn off Fast Boot in the UEFI?
Setting DRAM voltage to 1.38 will make sure memory constantly get 1.351, I think some memory needs it
considering most memory is made for Intel and require 1.35 with XMP and so on.
And under digi + you can set DRAM boot voltage, it can be slightly higher to aid on boot +0.015V and so on.
Also if you are getting command rate 1T by Auto try 2T instead.Last edited by Mikan02; 09-20-2017 at 11:46 PM.

thanks for the tips.
I had already tried some of stilts presets which automatticly put the dram voltage to 1.4v on both main voltage and startup voltage.
And during all that i tried several sets of timings including T2.
for now Im just running 2133Mhz as its the only one that actaully boots past bios and into windows.

On the conversation of coldboot I've found that if I fully switch of the rig at the mains and leave it for 30 seconds for all the lights to go out and then switch it back on then it does a double boot and then boots straight up at 3200Mhz.
But from any straight power off and then try and boot back up and its back in a cold boot loop again.
So something happens when I switch it off at the mains and power it all down, maybe it resets all the ram training.
What setting on the ram could possibly recreate this?

Missed previous post sorry.
Not sure when next is. Hopefully soon again, if AMD keeps promise^^

AIDA64/Motherboard/BIOS
--> Bios 0603 AGESA Version: ThreadRipperPI-SP3r2-0.0.6.0
Think it is been same version on all but not 100% sure.

SOC voltage on Auto or manual applied amount?
To much SOC voltage might be just as bad as to little from what I seen so far.
Highly recommend fine tune SOC voltage in small steps if auto is not enough.
What changes did you make to Digi+ if any?
"Core Performance Boost" auto/on or off?
