Angry Many bugs and lack of fonctionnalities

Spatha (last update and firmware) and Claymore (last update and firmware)

Many many bugs and crashes... For example :

-profiles are all (or almost) deleted or edited randomly when rebooting PC
-even when it is not the case, and Armoury starts whith the profile you wanted, key bindings appearing in the software aren't "applied" to the mouse and won't work

And Armoury's macro editor is so incomplete compared to other companies's one (such as razer Synapse or even Mad Catz's software, despite Mad Catz being a waayyyy smaller company than Asus......) :
-A "hold button pressed" fonctionnality for macros would be welcomed, being the most useful one in order to play MMOs ("toggle" is useless in MMOs imho)

We could say way more about this software, and imo, it is such a shame for Asus, which is one of the biggest electronics seller, to provide a software which is completely laggy and incomplete.
It is really bad because the Spatha and Claymore are really good, but this software make them useless, and so i'm thinking about going back to my Naga and my Chroma, just because Synapse is 645645661 steps above armoury, and it looks like ASUS DON'T GIVE A **** AND JUST WANT OUR MONEY

Sorry for my bad english, but i had to say this and to be honest with you Asus, in the name of everybody who think the same. (if you don't believe me, just read all the comments about the Spatha or the Claymore on big retailer's websites and count the number of people complaining about armoury)
It's been a really long time Armoury was released and the improvements were really small compared to what they should have been

We release updates and fixes on a regular basis so your feedback is appreciated.
For your Spatha issues, this might help:

We will consider adding a hold function in the future.

Sounds nice, and yes you are updating your soft, which is appreciable, but i would be even more if it was fixing the main bugs i mentionned

WHen I installed it, my SPATHA mouse profiles were all good except the default which had angle snapping turned to max and I am unable to move the mouse. Switched profiles and did the fix that you linked to.

After a few days, a simple reboot and BOOM, same issue. I have had to do your fix now 3 times.

There is a crucial setting missing for recording Macros.
I'm only able to set a Macro to "Toggle", "play X-times" or "play once". The setting for "repeat as long as pressed" is missing.
People who play i.e. Fortnite or CS and so on like to be able to assign a button that way, so they don't have to repeatedly hammer down on to a button.
Yes, toggle would work. But it's a lot easier to control if you just keep your finger on the assigned button and let go again instead of having to push the button twice.
Some people have asked about this back in 2017 and ASUS still has not imbeded this feature.
That setting is nothing new, not rocket science and other manufacturers have had that option for years.....

And don't tell me to switch to the other manufacturers if I don't like it because that's not the solution to the problem.
    Don't believe the System

The original Gladius and Sica are not supported yet. They will be, just not available at this point in time.

I have another issue. When my mouse is plugged in, it wakes up PC when in sleep mode after just few seconds, it wakes up even screen in off/sleep mode. Flipping mouse upside down does not help. Do you have the same? I must unplug the mouse from my laptop to let it go to sleep mode, or let it screen go to off mode.
Mouse is ROG Spatha on Steelseries pad. However like I said, turning the mouse with sensor upwards does not help at all.
