Well can’t get a photo from the top. I can tell you that the block has almost no clearance to the CPU power sockets no different than the stock heatsink and actually more space than a monoblock you probably could sneak one in there on the bottom, maybe the top. Give me a minute and I’ll snap what I can get to. 480 rad with push pull right over top of it.*

    I’m the meantime almost done.

OK many thanks to both of you for the photos....

It looks like the top is restricted by the 8 + 4 pin EPS connectors so that leaves the bottom.....

I want to make a plexi diffuser that will house the RGB leds and somehow integrate it to the block so I only need clearance above the copper/nickel block base....
I think I might manage something there and I was planning to use the Adressable RGB strip from the monoblock since it is going to retire...
I also got a second EK Velocity but the D-RGB version this time while the first one is going to another build.

Im not sure if there is a post count limitation in the Phpbb code or not, you have certainly met the time limit.

If it just fails to upload its most likely a size issue. They are pretty liberal with it but images have to be under 2MB and depending on how the photo was taken if you use jpeg which offers a smaller file size it may get rotated 90 degress. Ive gotten so used to this I purposely take photos counting rotated so they upload right as its easier than having to convert to png then downsizing/degrading it as PNG files are about double the size for the same image. Jpeg seems to prefer landscape over portrait but not many PCs that are wider than they are tall so maybe get your girlfriend to cop a pose with your PC to fill the frame......

What's happening with availability of this board?
It's mission impossible to get it in Europe, 20 shops and not single in stock( bt shop says in stock but on site it's unavailable). Some shops have some estimated time, but first was 14.01, now is 8.02.

Is this maybe because extreme omega release or?

Asking my wife who has a masters in marketing from an Ivy league school she says its definitely the Omega. They stand more of a chance at selling that at a higher price point if they are not presenting you with an alternative choice for less money. My guess is it will be hard to find a new original R6E now. If I was pressed between a rock and a hard place I think I would either go with the WS Sage or look at other alternatives outside of the ASUS brand.

As much as I wanted to put both GPUs vertical I’m not going to sacrifice that much performance over it so the VROC raid 0 900Ps are staying. *Tried everything under the sun from plugging it into the U2, using an NVMe adapter in either DIMM.2 slot and in a mini hyperX card. Every combination for BIOS set up and they all yielded the same.*
With microcode updates Ive found that no matter what Intel drives you are running you cant get much better than 200MB/S random Q1 reads. Something else that has made me do a back stroke is the time Ive had seeing how I cant run my two 900P AIC drives in VROC with air cooled 2080Ti's Cant fit a greased BB in there. 2.7 slots my butt!! They cover the 3rd slot and last slot so cant see anything but the X4.

So, took DIMM.2_1 off of CPU and put it on PCH as it shares with U2 and having it in and in CPU mode it disables U2. Im not getting over its rated speed with a raid anyhow so PCH is plenty fast for a single drive. Put a 480GB 905P on U2 and will use the 960 pro in PCH mode for larger files like gaming installs as it gets better sequential reads.

So as expected the 906P spanks the 960 pro in Q1 aspects and the 960pro outperforms in Q32 and large files. If you change this all smaller file sizes the Samsung ship sinks horrendously.

I know the 905P works much better as an OS drive hands down and demanding WS loads that require the low que depth performance which is why I chose this route. One I get space back in my PCIE slots Ill be putting the 900P AIC drives back in with their VROC capabilites and using those for large file storage as they just spank the Samsungs in the ground on all aspects but suffering a little on the Q1 over a single drive due to the raid latency. The scaling on the sequential is right at 100% as that array produces sequential reads in the 5400MB/S range which you cant touch with samsung drives on the PCH.

I am seriously been considering going back into to a microcode prior to Spectre and seeing how it fares... just to see....I miss my 300-400Mb/S read / write.
