Wow you are willing to run a 24/7 machine with Aurora? I thought even by Mayhem's guide that they strongly suggest it sholdn't be used as long term watercooling but more for show pieces. I have no doubt with two pumps in succession that you have enough flow rate to keep the pearl from clogging anything but overall is that really a good idea or are you planning to drain it every few months? I mean it looks awesome but that is the reason I went with the Pastel Red.

Yeah my two newer radiators I heated distilled water to just below boiling and flushed them out several times. I'll do the same once I get my mounting issues figured out. I can't pull/flush out the other two radiators until then. Right now I'm waiting from the company that makes this dual reservoir mount to see how solid they are at holding two reservoir/pump combos. https://www.singularitycomputers.com...l-60mm-billet/

On paper it looks that two of them should work nicely but until then I'm not sure which reservoirs I'm going to stick with. So my build may be delayed a bit. I can get them in under a week if I want but I need a little more information before I pull the trigger. In the end I want two identical reservoir/pump combos side by side in my machine.

The pearls can fall out of suspension in a poorly designed or low flow loop and accumulate in dead zone, same as anything else in the system. *To the contrary I actually use it with a purpose in mind other than looks. If the looks fades it’s time to drain, flush and refill. Yes I do this several times a year. I don’t care what biocides you use, how many pieces of magical silver you put in reservoirs the loops can and will form living things. Leaving then go makes for more work later. I’ve learned my lessons from that. I follow the ounce of prevention method and drain, flush and refill on a quarterly schedule. Doesn’t take much if you set your loop up right and put your drain in the right place. Total time invested in the process is like 10 minutes. *Drain, fill, let it run a day. Drain, fill done. I don’t leave it running 24x7 either.

They always look better on paper. Same as mine *you learn over the the years what to expect. According to the documentation I should have easily been able to fit another 360 and 240 in this case realistically yes you can put s 360 up front if you don’t use a 480 *in the basement and yes you can put a 240 in the back basement of you use a slim 480 and single fans in the front which of course I did not. I put and EK XE (this puppy is THICK!!) with push pull and had to leave one of the pulls off as it would have fit but also would be right up against the PSU. The top 480 has all push pull fans on it and is an EK PE series. So 18 fans in total with 15 of them on the rads, two in the front (also a limitation down from 3 if you use the 480 rad) and one in the back.*

Ah then you are on top of the situation. Yes the Aurora looks awesome and as long as you have good flow rate, change the fluid regularly and flush it every now and then, it should be fine. I'm hoping with the new build I can have two drain ports that will drain quickly as I'm finally able to set the drain port at the absolute lowest point of the loop in each. I usually refill my loop about once every 6-9 months.

If i can get away with fewer fans, I prefer that but I have a feeling I'm going to be 15 myself.

Good news about the mono block .. I asked EK if we could reverse the LED. They responded: "Hello there, about that monoblock, the LED cable does not interfere with the RAMs at any point and as shown on the pictures in webshop, the cable does come at the bottom right or you can switch it to come on the left bottom side by removing metal bracket on it and flip the LED strip."

So it can happen. I was contemplating flipping it and have the wire come up the DRAM lane as i only have 4 RAM sticks, over the top and at the top right. We'll see how that will look as I do like your solution as well.

Some good news I think II have figured out my mounting problems. It seems Monsoon has some variable mounting options that will allow their reservoirs to be mounted to a 120/140mm fan mount. My issue is currently I have two different reservoirs. So I'm going to see if I can get everything together with the two rads next to each other and decide which reservoir/pump I like better and then buy a second one of them.

Got my monoblock on and DAMN, not very happy about the LED wire and position. It should have come out on the right side like it was shown when we Pre-ordered it. I spent way too long to get it down where it is and I'm still not 100% sure that:
    1. The fan header there will be able to be used
    2. The GPU going there won't interfere with the wire
    3. That I didn't some how bend the crap out of it and the LED won't work.

I mean seriously there is ZERO room for error to get it down to the RGB header at the bottom. Anyway I hope it all works but for now I was happy how the monoblock itself went on and the heatsink for the 10g chip.

I got an email back from Monsoon and they do have mounts that will allow me to eventually put two Monsoon reservoirs into my system and have them work being side-by-side(ish) I also found out that the side bracket for the Elite can be flipped so yay for that.

You didn’t have a notch the bottom of the black cover on the left? I had a notch there but none on the right.*
Looks like you ran the wire the same way I did but it must have kicked your a$$ as it only took me like 2 minutes tops for that part. The GPU doesn’t interfere with it in the least. After thinking about it I’m glad it came out where it did and that the wire could be routed under the armor. Makes for a much nicer install and not a bit of extra wire to have to worry about wire management with it.*

It didn't have a notch but a slight cut out. I would have preferred to run it up to the right but if this works I can live with it. The hardest parts were pushing it down at the point the RAM and PCI-e slot is and then feeding it through the last part by PCI-e slot 4. There is a slight peg and capacitors that made it tough to get the header past. Had to get out my pair of computer tweazers.

pretty much done except for new cables that havent shown up yet so ignore the wire management in the front as all the red cables are getting replaced with a cablemod kit.
Not so sure Im going to leave the RGB strips in there. They take away from the rest and overpower it.

Pics with and without. Im thinking Im going without as one more light for the res should make it look great. Maybe dial in a static color thats not over powering.

I like both pictures. I'm a person that likes to see the reservoirs and all parts of the system at times. At night I tend to turn things off and let just the mb lights go at it. Make sure you post that Aura issue to the Aura thread. They really need to fix that software. I have had too many friends and have read too many forum posts about issues with the software and either the multiple conflicts with other software (some that have nothing to do with lighting) or it disrupts the motherboard lighting and / or other rbg lighting.
