Hello,
I'm at a bit of loss of what's going on with my STRIX-GTX1070-O8G RMA that I started on the Sept 6th and delivered via UPS to ASUS on Sept 11.
I've been checking the status daily since it was received and up until I checked last Friday, the status went from "Being Repaired" to "Material/Spare Parts Shortage" since the time it was received by ASUS.
Now when I check the status using the same website and same serial number and RMA number that I have saved to copy and paste into the status check page, it says
[h=3]The system can't find records of your inquiry!
I'm at a lost of what/when (IF?) I will get the card (or replacement) back. Did I just dump $450 into burning barrel?
