GL502VM display driver issue

Hello ROG fans, my name is Mike and I am a new member of ROG family.

Last 2 weeks, I purchased my new GL502VM and start using it. In the beginning it is very nice and smooth in performance.

Last week, I install PUBG and played some games( 5-6) times. Yesterday, while I was playing it. It automatically crash then my *laptop began flickering, tearing and flas( patial). I am using nvidia 385.69(newest). I also tri d to install some different old versions of it but this solution didnot solve the problem. I also tried to reinstall windows but still error when install graphics driver.

Doyou guy have any experience of this error before, how to solve this?*

Looks like a defective model. Ask for replacement or send for repair.

could be a bad gpu.

But first, boot up safe mode so the graphics driver isn't loaded, and change to 1080p resolution.
Do you still see those artifacts ?
