USB ports of ROG Station XG2 problems

Hello,

I have a new problem with Rog Station Xg2. The USBs of the device, only works with some devices. I was able to test with 2 joysticks than works properly. But when I try to use these ports to connect the Oculus Cv1 and Oculus cam, this devices are not recognised by computer. If I connect this devices to directly to laptop (G501vw) they run without problems.

Any help?

Happens with me as well. More of an issue with the chips being used I think, or the oculus just not realizing it

I know its happy to have the sensors plugged in through the egpu though

Unless you got a tb3 extension cable, should be to do the hdmi/usb split between the egpu and laptop

Does the hardware pop up in the device manager?
Have you tried manually changing the driver to the correct ones?

No. The hardware (oculus) not appear in the hardware manager when I conect oculus glasses and cam to the Rog station. But If I connect directly to laptop it appears and works without problems.

If I plug a simple joystick to Rog station, it works sucesfully.

It's not a driver problem. It's something related with ROG station.
