    Crosshair Hero 6 + 1700 + Bios 7106 = CPU Stuck at 3200Mhz

    next issue.....

so i have the mouse issue wth the latest BIOS and now after switching my 1700 back in (after trying out the 3700x) i noticed the board won´t clock the CPU higher than 3200mhz.

i loaded optimized defaults etc. ..... nothing .... when i run cinebench the clocks are fixed at 3200mhz.

single core benchmark or multicore does not matter.

it is all on auto.... what is going on here?

monitoring the system with hwinfo i noticed that when idling core sometimes jump up to 3742Mhz. but under load it will not go higher than 3200mhz.

i run a dozend benchmarks and always the same 3200mhz cpu clock.
temps under load are at 56 grad celsius max.

maybe i am missing something but i bet i have seen higher all core turbo rates with older bios versions.
at least at single core benchmarks it should go higher than 3200 or not?

    i am wrong?
