    7900x delidded temp quesstion!

Today i received my 7900x with 4.7ghz delidded, when I test from the AIDA64 stability test, Just select FPU, at 4.5ghz 1.13v my original 7900x will reach at 89c package and 73c core, for this delidded one is 80c package and 64c core. The difference is about 9 degrees, and I’ve notice that the temp difference between package and core are all the same 16c, Is this normal for delidded one?

What are you cooling it with? These are hot chips and air won’t cut it, even the 360 AIOs struggle.
I’d say a 480 or multiples to get the same surface would be a baseline starting point.*
