Just browsing and found undervolting helps your notebook to increase performance, so... how do i do it? what program i have to use?

I use Throttlestop to set my CPU Voltage offset to -125mv. I use Gaming Center to overclock my GPU using the manual mode. Sliders over to the maximum.

When you overclock your GPU with undervolting CPU how's your temperature?, can you go beyond that voltage?
