GX501 Thunderbolt and portable ssd problem

    hi,
recently I bought a sandisk extreme 900 portable ssd from amazon.
the first unit arrived with crystaldiskmark reading like in this picture:

    the sequential read/write was 427/729mb/s.
while the advertised speed was 800mb/s read/write
i contacted sandisk tech support and they said the unit was fault.

so I returned to amazon and replace a new one.

i just got the new unit today and it is the same problem:

am i that unlucky to get 2 faulted unit?
or is there a problem with my gx501 thunderbolt connection?

    thanks.

I will pass this case to our technical support department to confirm whether this is normal.
    Sorry for the trouble.
