hi all.. i'm a new member here..

my rog spatha not charging.
put on dock or wired, both can see it charge, but battery always in 0% while the bar looks normal charge.
using it wired for 2 weeks already, and battery still at 0%.
won't detect in wireless mode, tried many times.
un/install armoury 3 times, update firmware mouse/dock 3 times.
replugging mouse battery also nothing changes.
already try different pc, still same..

anyone else have issue like this?..

buy it on 13/feb/2017 in my country

need advice here.
