Is it normal that my laptop fans barely kick in when I play games like overwatch?

The temperature reaches 67c but the fan is quiet and suspects that the laptop isn't running at maximum performance because I experience little stutters in game.

yes these notebooks are very quite fan speeds are controlled by CPU and GPU temps as needed. your BIOS should be 303 for a VY that BIOS version changed the fan profiles to keep the notebooks cooler.

.. when you say kick in, do you mean turn from OFF to ON, or ramp up in RPM? Because if they're not running at 60*C then that's a problem. :f

Your Fan should only be OFF if you're under 40*C
