Help finding my previous Realtek HD Audio Manager

Hello Everyone,

I have an Asus Ramapage V Extreme, for some reason after updating to windows 10 I had issues with sound, including the DTS not working properly, the 192KHz, not working properly and so on. I updated new releases until I found something that it work. So out of curiosity one day, I decide to give a try Driver Booster and It updated my sound driver, and the Realtek hd audio manager and I love it because it has EQ and predetermine sound effects. I love to change those for applications that didnt have EQ built in ( spotify, youtube, etc ). Yesterday I tried driver booster and it updated me to the latest driver and to the "OLD" realtek hd audio manager ( no eq, sound effects, etc etc ) So, my question is : What can I do to bring back the Realtek HD audio manager that I previously had install with the EQ and sounds effects ?

The on one the right is the one similar to the one I had, is not the same I had, but it is similar.

Sadly no. I went back to the latest official realtek driver so I could use the manager.
