    Also, can you try to:
    1. Uninstall Aura through the control panel and reboot your system
    2. Download the latest version of Aura available (1.05.27) on your motherboard support page
    3. Unzip the zip file, right click on the “Setup” and “Run as administrator”
    4. Follow the installation instructions
    5. Reboot your computer and launch Aura

If you are still having problem, please provide your system spec, including your BIOS and OS version.
I just downloaded the latest version from your link and the same thing still happens.

I'm using 7900X with EKWB Monoblock on ROG Rampage VI Apex bios 1004 (posted by Raja from another thread), 32GB DDR4 3200MHz CL14 ram and Samsung 960 Evo. Also GTX 1080 SLI.

I'm not sure what OS version I have, its the latest Windows 10 x64 retail.

To find out you Windows version press the Windows key + R for "Run", type in "winver" (without the quotes) and it will display a screen telling you the version and build #

I tried it right after after so let someone else do it! I think it is VERY telling that Asus doesn't even have a sticky post on their software forum page saying "Post issue with 1.05.28 here" yet.

I'm with everyone else. I'm not testing this. I'd say my Aura is 80% functional and that is better than its ever been. The CPU usage is not so bad either, it hovers around 1.5% - 2% which doesn't sound high but that's out of 14 cores and 24 threads so in reality its like 50% of one thread. If my machine is idle it is always 1st or 2nd by CPU usage and it alternates with Aida64.

Now if someone can actually release an update/firmware for my brick of a keyboard called the ASUS ROG Claymore I'd be happy to test as it cant get any worse, cant even type let alone have RGB.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am i skipped the claymore and went to the k95 platinum. The lack of a wrist rest was my final straw.

So what do you use aida64 in normal daily usage that you have it running in the background?

My Claymore is working great. Took a time to get the cotton pickin armory to update the firmware on the keyboard and the spatha mouse (AGAIN SOFTWARE FAIL!!!) but its all good just dont make the mistake of tying to link it with AURA!!!! guaranteed 100% FUBAR!! Took a little while as with anything to get accustomed to it. The mouse I use wirelessly most of the time so to conserve battery power the only time it light up is when the battery is low and it starts flashing red. The one thing I am disappointed about with the mouse is even with the lights off the battery run time is DEPLORABLE!!!! ASUS you should be ashamed of yourselves on that one. Wont make it a whole day and I end up using my back up most of the time, Logitech MX Master that goes for a MONTH between charges!!!!!!!

I tried the K95 Platinum for about 2 minutes and put it back in the box and returned it. Didnt like the look, feel, nothing about it. My old PS2 compaq (VERY OLD) has a better layout and feel to it IMO. To each his own, this one was just definitely not for me in a bad way.

Skunky, What of rrrrrr Ra are you running.
