when installing it on fresh, clean freshy fresh Windows 10 64bit pro FCU 1709 system that wasnt tainted with any 3rd party software it will show a "Can't read AsIO.sys (2)" error during installation and then after launching it will not detect motherboard and ram
i can make a fresh install of previous version of Windows 10 64bit pro CU 1703 system and it will install without problem out of the box

Sof=ware/Hardware conflict?
AURA V1.05.25 seemed to be working well and I encountered no examples of excessive CPU use. However I found that HWinfo x64 v 558 would now start but not complete gathering hardware details. Aura also failed to start later reporting 'broken frames'. I rather suspect that they were contending for the same bus. I'm still on Windows 1703 and have now uninstalled AURA again.

Aura Sync not working properly
Hi,
i have a problem, whenever i play games theres always a time that my aura sync wont work and just gonna stuck in the last color.
then i try to reset the aura sync other light will work but my ROG pugio wont work anymore. I always had to reboot and reinstall the aura for my mice rgb to work.

After few cases have been reported, we are working on fixing this issue.
To turn off the RAM when PC is going to sleep, you need to do the following:
-> In the AURA software go to the Shut down tab
-> Select Off and apply
Few users reported the issue with the new Windows creator update. We are working on fixing this issue.
Do you have ASUS Armoury installed? If so, try to close Armoury before you launch AURA - make sure it is not runing in the background process. Then Unlinked and linked again the ROG Claymore to AURA.
Make sure to have the latest Claymore firmware as well.
Please try a fresh clean install of AURA. If the issue is still happening please provide your system information:

1. Do you have the latest firmware installed for your Pugio - currently 0149?
2. Do you have the latest BIOS installed for your Strix Z270-F motherboard (BIOS 1009 on 24/10/2017 date)?And don't forget, Keep pushing it !
