Asus B350-F - Gskil 8gx2 2800mhz Ram CAS question
Hello everyone
Just wondering, ram spec says the timing is 15-16-16-34, DOCP i can run it 2800, 2933 but the timing is set automatically to 16-16-16-34. Manually inputting the timing i can change it to 14-16-16-34 but if i put it to "15" it will not set it as that It will always go back to "16". I read somewhere that 2800mhz need some weird or different value of BCLK? is that true?
Seeing DOCP the timing is somewhat similar except for the CAS latency, does it make any difference in terms of performance?
