I don't think that would work..
Better to get an internal USB 3 hub and do it properly 🙂 Some people wrote here that it probablt won't work: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/724214-Y-Splitter-for-20-pin-USB-3-MOBO-connection

I had the same problem with the single USB 2.0 header, and required 3 headers. (Corsair Link for PSU and CPU Cooler + USB 2.0 connections in case).
Bought this, which works very well: https://www.nzxt.com/products/internal-usb-hub

Hm Its annoying W100 Thermaltake case Needs 2 20 pins to allow 4 front Usb So I only have use of 2

the zenith extreme does have two internal usb3.1 headers (plus one usb3.1 gen2 header), one at the side of the motherboard, second one at the bottom part of the motherboard.

usb 3.0 port requier 2 port per cable, you do realise having a ****load of usb connector on the same cable would decrease the speed of those usb the board has a lot of usb 3.0 on the back, i would suggest an usb hub, even better if you find one that work on usb type c, so you are sure to have better speed even on more port
