    a few suggestions

    1) allow 'Zone Groups', like you could add VGA & Header as one Group, then all 'Audio' as a group, and 'RAM' as one group, since 'audio' is 3 zones, and my RAM has 5 LED's in each module, setting manually takes a while, and if Aura messes up how I have it set on reboot (which it often does) it takes forever to put it back.. so creating (and saving) groups would be VERY nice..

    2) allow profiles... Say the above groups existed, and you set them up how you like it, you should be able to save to a custom profile (maybe allow 3 custom ones?) that you could switch between easily, without having to change every zone individually (as not everyone wants ALL zones lit the same colour)

    3) allow PER ZONE effects - how I have it set at the moment, it would be nice if I could have my "Audio" zone(s) set as 'Rainbow' or 'Comet' but the RGB header as STATIC, as the header strip is FAR too distracting and bright to have flashing

    4) Combine Aura / Armory - Why do all "Asus Aura" products use seperate software? AURA for board Lights, Armory for Mouse and Keyboard... why not combine them, it would make it MUCH easier to manage (if I sync my mouse in Aura, then un-sync it, it defaults back, and I have to go into Armory again and set it back up how I had it, it also doesn't save the profiles properly, I have reported this many times)

    5) More / Custom / Better effects... - Sort of related to number 2 and 3 above, if they were both available, then there could be WAY more combinations of effects used...

All the above would allow MUCH more customization, think for example the Captain EX RGB CPU cooler, you could set that to "Smart" for CPU load or Temp, but have the other case lights as something else, rather than the WHOLE case changing based on CPU load/temp... MUCH better imho!

I agree with Ghozer's suggestions (they are really really good)
Profiles would help a lot in configuring lights, but something that could be even cooler is link profiles to .exe, just like in Corsair Utility Engine
I have some leds in my desk connected to the mobo and it looks awesome when I play (for example) League of Legends and my keyboard (Corsair RGB) and the mobo with the leds (previously configured with some LoL colors) look synchronized and makes me feel in the game. But the action of configure leds is very boring and the experience gets worse.

My last suggestions (by now :P) is the possibility of having a color cycle only between two, three or x colors.

I want to see the following functional:
    1) More ready-made presets, in addition to the current three colors.
    2) Creating your own color profiles.
    3) Ability to export and import settings (very lacking).
    4) Display the current version of the utility.
    5) Menu with the utility settings.
    6) Ability to check for updates, automatic/manual mode.

    Exclamation

Please, improve the choice of colors in the music mode.
For example, possibility to choose first color for low dB and second color for high dB.

Also possibility to pause normal mode. it would be better to give the option to choose any color for any modes.

Oh yes this please, i know a lot of people want "disco RGB puking rainbow everywhere" colours, but there is that group of people (including me) that choose RGB to set all components to same specific colour, so an option for "only single colour" music mode would be appreciated with some effect based on bass/loudness or spectrogram.

Being able to select between device's and select the "mode" for each device (like ram, CPU cooler etc...)
Controll RGB motherboard headers seperatly so i can set RGB strip - 1 to static and RGB strip - 2 to rainbow it would be nice if there displayed an are selecteble sepperatly instead of only being able to select the motherboard (crosshair VI Hero).

Event based aura-modes would be nice. I'd love my whole setup to switch to "breathe" mode when my PC is not being used for a few minutes.

    Some other examples:
    - Let components turn red as soon as they reach a critical temperature (without forcing you to use only the temperature mode)
    - Some kind of blinking on notifications
    - Startup / Shutdown animations
    - Switch to a certain mode or turn off when starting a fullscreen application

In my imagination this should be easy to implement for some of the events at least

    AURA/Armoury software

i would love to be able to change the speed on all the different modes. And not just a little bit, It would be cool if I could have it really fast like on logitech's keyboard and stuff.
