    Yep, totally agree. I generally wait a while before upgrading to/purchasing the latest thing, to wait for all the issues to be found and bugs to be ironed out. I also never update/roll back windows, as that generally leads to instabilities. I have had my laptop crash on the week before exams and other bad times all because I upgraded/rolled them back. I always do clean installs now.

    The issue is only and only about Fall Creators Update of Windows 10 (1709), not regular Creators Update (1703).
    yes, definitely 1709 (OS build 16299.19) clean install the windows then simple download Aura via ASUS https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/RO...Desk_Download/ that's all.

    I Have exactly same problem with fresh install of Fall Creators update... AsIO.sys ...
    + Cant install AiSuite too

    I have similar problem!!!! I cannot uninstall OLD version AURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    ASUS please make a removal tools for OLD version AURA!!

    Got zero issues here with Aura on Falls Creators update. AI suite did break though and i can't fix that in any way. Waiting for Asus to release a new working version.

    Ai suite is useless anyway. Set your fan curves in the BIOS and toss AI suite in the trash where it belongs.

    yes - I support that opinion. Use the BIOS for the fans - one crappy tool less
