No it's not possible, you'll have to use software such as GPU Tweak II.

Well depends on which you are talking about.

VBIOS yes, but not recommended
This method takes loading modified BIOS into the graphics card. Even if successful there is little gain to be had if any.

Motherboard UEFI BIOS, nope.

In the end for ASUS cards GPU tweak will get you what you need and push the card to its limits.
